Welcome to the Durham Dales web site. Our goal is to provide local contact between sellers and buyers. Durham Dales functions only as a shop-window to the Teesdale, Weardale and surrounding areas of County Durham. Of course, we welcome visitors from other parts of the country/world.

For most items we are using links into the ebay auction site to offer this service. Such items appear on the Auction tab.

Some items are being offered without being advertised on ebay. These are shown on the Items tab.

Local property for sale is included on the Property tab, which includes links to the relevant estate agent web-sites.

We plan to be fully functioning online ASAP, but expect to start on a small scale with a few local sellers.

If you have some items to sell, you need to establish a seller account on ebay. Then, simply send us an email letting us know where you are, and whether you allow local collection, and we will include your ebay ID in the listings on this site.

If you are interested in buying, you need a buyer account on ebay. Once created, just return here to see which ebay items are being offered locally. Local collection is often permitted, eliminating the need and cost of P&P. Your bids will be handled via ebay directly.
